At Jacintheal, we take pride in offering timeless, high-quality pieces that are thoughtfully crafted to last. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right — which is why we offer a flexible and transparent 14-day return policy for both local and international customers.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

✓ The item is unused, unworn, unwashed

✓ Tags and original packaging must be intact

✓ The product is not a sale or promotional item (unless stated otherwise)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at jacinthealofficial@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including our return address.

Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable method as Jacintheal is not liable for lost return parcels.

A SGD $10 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and restocking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. You can choose from:

  • Store Credit: Full refund amount credited to your Jacintheal account
  • Original Payment Method: Refund minus the SGD $10 handling fee

Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for your preferred size or style.

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Items marked "Final Sale"

❌ Items returned after the 14-day window

❌ Garments that show signs of wear, use, or washing

❌ Items without original tags or packaging
