Not the right size? Exchange it free.
Within Singapore, size exchanges are free, once per order. Email jacinthealofficial@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need, and we will arrange the swap and collection of the original piece.
Prefer a refund?
Return the item within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached, and we will refund you in full to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving it. Return postage is paid by you; we recommend a tracked service.
Something arrived faulty?
Tell us and we will replace it or refund you, including postage.
